About the Founder

At eSearch Hawaii, we possess the experience, knowledge and skills required in recruiting for various industries and positions within the state.
Valarie Cesar, founder of eSearch Hawaii, brings more than 20 years of experience in offering innovative workforce solutions for more than 300 enterprises throughout Hawaii. She possesses a solid understanding of HawaiiÕs unique corporate culture and operations.
In 1988, Valarie began her career as a Staffing Specialist for Manpower and worked her way up to Branch Manager in 1991. In 1997, Valarie was instrumental in founding the Manpower Technical/Professional division of Manpower where she assumed the role of Branch Manager until 2005. After 17 successful years with Manpower, Valarie founded eSearch Hawaii. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Hawaii. Valarie is an active member of several professional organizations such as the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP), Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Waialae Country Club and the Plaza Club in Honolulu. She also sits on the Advisory Boards of Kapiolani Community College and Leeward Community College.
